BREN takes Graphics Imaging to a new dimension with the development of the model CPIV Color Printing Cutter. Building on the proven cutting functions of our 24 inch Stencil and Sign cutter then adding a High Resolution Thermal Fusion printer integrated with the cutting functions, the CPIV can print in Full Process Color on adhesive vinyl, Polyester, Paper, Polyethylene and Mylar^®, then cut-out holes, design shapes, outlines or even text. This remarkable machine makes it possible for the designer to produce Custom Keyboards, Overlays, Rating, Warning, Model/Serial labels, I.D. Signs, Switch and Control Panel Graphics with locators, Instruction labels in color, low volume Panel Marking and much more, on a one-at-a-time basis. If you produce Specialty equipment, large low-volume equipment, prototypes, need short runs of multi-color labels and decals or use routed or custom printed legends, then the CPIV is the only economical Design/Production tool combining durable multi-color printing with selectable shape and graphics cutting on roll materials.

Remarkably easy to use, the CPIV can be driven directly from many Windows Based Graphics Packages such as corelDRAW!^®, AutoCAD^®, Adobe Illustrator^® and more. Provided with BREN corelDRAW^TM for easy Decal, Label and Sign design-print-cut, the CPIV is a full-featured Color Printing Cutter. In addition you can use the included software and Windows^® driver to take full advantage of the 600 dpi Thermal Transfer Printer built right on the cutter frame. Using either 4-Color process, or single "spot" color ribbons the Color-Pro becomes the most powerful design prototyping and production tool ever developed. If you can Draw, Scan, Digitize, Transfer or Type it, the CPIV can Print it, Cut it or both, on Outdoor durable film stocks with or without lamination.

The potential uses are almost endless and are limited only by your imagination. You can print and cut individual decals for equipment when required, provide "one-of-a-kind" labels, short runs of custom keyboards or legend panels, produce graphically exact prototypes with specific cut-out areas. Make multi-colored Decals in low volume on an "as required" basis. Instantly produce labels, decals, graphics that before could only be produced using Silk Screen, Lithograph or Color Offset then die or hand cut. The Ultimate Design and Prototyping Machine can also produce reusable Mil-Spec. Stencils in character sizes as small as 1/8 inch and produce cut vinyl signs as big as you want in over 300 colors using popular TrueType^® fonts. Use Fleet Grade solid color vinyl, Traffic Grade Reflectives, Metallic, Metalized, Foil, Polyester, even Paper. Print in all black or up to 16 million colors on White, Clear, Solid or Multi-color Films and Paper with 3 to 5 year outdoor durability in type sizes from less than 1 point to several feet high.
